Pilates. A full body workout with weights, bands, and mats. No machines.

Bamboo Stick Yoga Flow. Balance, stability, stretch, focus, hold.

Personal Coaching. Motivation, Focus, Vison, Priorities, Accomplishments.

Yoga. 60 (or 90) minute workouts covering the basics, and a few special moves.

Movement/Flexibility. Move, Stretch, Move, Stretch.
