I first got into exercise back in the early 2000’s. When I was growing up in Mongolia, there was no such concept as 'exercise.' Work, eat, drink, sleep… do it again. Of course, our diets were very natural. A lot of meat (I mean...a lot), and a lot of dairy. But fresh. Here in America, our bodies are bombarded with sugar and carbohydrates. Eating properly, and keeping those extra pounds off is a fight…one that’s hard to win.
I was an office manager for an advanced Chiropractic office for 17 years. I also got certified in Massage Therapy. There I learned the basic principles of health and body mechanics.

My first stint with a regular exercise routine started off with Power 90, in our spare room during the cold, dark bleak Connecticut winters.
During the pandemic, I focused on Pilates. Eventually I decided to leave my office management position and become a Workout Instructor. Pilates, Barré, Motion/Flexibility, and finally Yoga teaching certificates.
I love teaching, and always try to put together workouts that are fun, challenging (but not insane) and uplifting. Did I mention fun? I realize you are taking time out of your busy lives to train with me, and I appreciate the effort you put into each trip to the studio. I really try to present a great class every time you workout.
